On New Year’s eve Author is Kidnapped from Hospital ER

The trauma of this event was so severe I have had great difficulty talking about it, or writing about it. I reported my kidnapping to law enforcement and they responded with explanations, the incident did not occur within their jurisdiction. The fact I was kidnapped at one hospital, transported to another hospital & mental hospital one hundred miles away made no difference.

We have posted my story here where it is viewed from all over the world hundreds of times each day. However, it has bee ignored by all levels of government. This American and criminals Schwab do as they please.

I never spend a day without worrying without worrying what Schwab and his team has in store for me.

So, why should my IBM friends bother?

Charles Schwab’s Secret Service kidnapped me from hospital 

Because I had long felt the FBI was colluding with the FBI and the fact several FBI agents live in my neighborhood, I have tried to avoid with our police. But after I became ill and went to ER on New Year’s eve I really didn’t have much choice.

After my terrifying experience on New Year’s Eve I had no choice but to cooperate, for which I did a great job.

As days passed and I become aware of Hidie’s role in my kidnapping, I had to decide if I was going to take up Heidi’s offer to save me, which was no doubt an even greater attempt to kidnap me. I had a lot to think about and the in danger I was in.

I am no sure on the date, but perhaps in the second week of May I decided to report my kidnapping to the Eugene Police. My interview went well as I told my long story.

The female officer seem seem interested, but said she wanted to someone to my house to talk with me so we could sort things out. I felt confident we were making progress, and was anxious to see who was coming to see me.

Hospital & Police records go missing!!

Because Schwab & FBI harassment were continuing, on May 14, 2023 I decided to report my New Year’s incident. Because the sheriff’s department had been involved with my abduction, I decided to call them. They could not be involved because it was a P0lice matter. Eugene Police could not be because the hospital was in Springfield. Etc., and we went.

Indeed, because of my being kidnapped, I wasn’t about which ER I had gone for help. But this was the only it could be determined thich law enforcement office was responsible. They were not impressed that my opinion what if I was kidnapped in Oregon, it was an Orgone problem, and I just wanted to report a very serious crime. By the following morning the problem of jurisdiction had still not been resolved. However, someone suggested they check hospital records to where I was treated. I knew I was in Eugene, but the wanted me to prove it.

I called Peacehealth Hospital in Eugene and was told I was not in their hospital on New Years Eve.

I called their hospital in Springfield and they said the same thing. Though I had been abducted and hauled off two hours, not knowing there  I was being taken, neither the hospital or the police had any reccor about my whereabouts.

Because no one would would accept responsibility for my my kidnapping and terrible treatment, I not been able to report what I believe was an elaborate attempt by Charles Schwab & the US Government to put me in prison the rest of me life. Maybe I would have had the honor getting to know one of humanity’s  most gifted popple, Julian Assange.

Clarification
On recent posts I might have erred assuming the FBI was responsible for the for what I have to tell you here. I have reviewed my story and find no reference to FBI involvement. Of course, this could change my story significantly.

Having had time to think about it, my abduction and incarceration in the mental hospital could only been planned and implemented by a professional team waiting for the opportunity. The timing had to be precise.

On the night my of my incarceration I was feeling very ill and was not able to finish dinner. I was so ill that I finally gave in & drove myself ER in Eugene. Forgetting the rules, when I was admitted to ER I was asked they  usual question about if I had thoughts of killing myself.  Because I did not want to sit in ER all night waiting to see a doctor, I said yes. However, I made sure not to say anything harming others.

My my statement tripped the switch and I was soon in a room being interviewed by two or three social workers & a psychologist.

The last psychologist I spoke with told me I seemed okay to him, but releasing me the required other approvals. I wasn’t aware at the time, but he was referring to the decision about whether or not they would  me hold me in the hospital. Indeed, he was the last person I talked before before being abducted by people in plain men clothes who did not identify themselves or tell me where they were taking me. Indeed, I was taken outside the hospital I was taken outside where an unmarked car was waiting.

The back seat was caged as if for a wild animal. The people escorting me  were not waring ware  badges or uniformes. When I asked them where they were taking me, they driver of the car said they taking me somewhere I could get help.  When they closed the car door, I heard the lock, and realized I was being kidnapped. I started to panic. Because of years and previous with close calls with Charles Schwab & the FBI, I knew they finally captured me. I was heading for prison or would soon be killed.

I will not take the time to describe the panic I felt during my long ride in the the dark of night  on New Years Eve, 2023. However, it was the most frightening night of my life. Try to imagine me begging the driver to just drop me off somewhere–anywhere, and set me free. I finally offered her thousand dollars just pull her car offer and let me go.

Suddenly up ahead I saw the exit for OHU hospital. I felt great relief knowing I wasn’t going to killed. I realized had been lust taken a one hour ride to taken to OHU hospital, probably more than a hundred miles from Eugene.

After pulling up to the entrance to HOSU hospital, I was greeted by  two officers from the she sheriff’s department who took charge and I was ushered me inside. I soon learned that was locked mental  ward. However, I was unaware aware of who ordered my or the abduction, or four for what purpose. Because of many years of experience, at the time I could only conclude this was another attempt by the FBI to me entrap me and put me in prison. How many time had the tried and failed.

I knew I wasn’t in a safe place and had to figure out how to escape.

I spent my first day getting know the patients, suspecting FBI the would would have undercover agents among.

On the second day, I met Heidi who was seemed interested in me. Of course, I was suspicious and knew I had to careful. Heidi told me she belonged to a group called “Dream Of Life Experience”.  In the few days she told me more about them, and things became more interesting. She told me these people knew all about me and the trouble I was in and wanted to help me.

Heide was my only contact on the outside  I had only just met Heidi, and I was from far away in Eugene. So, how would she and her friends know about  me know about me? Because of how quickly I ha been captured and locked, I concluded rather quickly that Heidi was probably working with the FBI, with an was part of  of people elaborated scheme to entrapment and put me in prison the rest of my life.

At the time I suspected this was an FBI, but I had serious doubts because the I couldn’t imagine the FBI wasting New New Years Eve trying to capture an and innocent American because he was messing with some billionaire’s girlfriend.

Charles Schwab and the US Government and his Secret Service Service company had spent twenty years was more inclined to think this was a Charles Schwab operation that he had been working on for years.

It was probably a mistake for Heid tell me her friends already knew  everything about me and my troubles and they could could rescue me.

This might be one of the most exciting sting operations I have encountered. But the possibility Heidi really did have friends willing to rescue me way beyond belief. I had to fight my temptation follow, and let take her the lead, and see where this might might lead.

What probably saved me was the fact I had already been subjected to a dozen sting operations and close calls. The most exciting dangerous was the my encounter the with the nurse in Medford. (See my book)

Note: I will try to include descriptions of my five days of lock up in the mental ward later.

On the morning I was to be released,   Heidi was following me and preparing for her own release. It’s important to know that Heidi in was at the hospital voluntarily, meaning the could leave anytime she so pleased.

In reviewing this most bizarre evening 2023, my first assumption was that it was an elaborate hoax created by the US government and Charles Schwab. It was on the a lower level than the Bomb hoax with which I began my story began some twenty years ago. (read my book for free on this site)

Indeed, I would come to believe my new year would begin with an elaborate attempt by Schwab & the US government to entrap me and lock up for the rest of my life.

Where else did Heidi and ther friends come from? Who was tracking me and alerting the players that I was at ER in Eugene and would be transported to OUSU mental hospital in the middle of the night? Who was Heidi working for?

Like the Bomb Hoax with which the author’s his story, was this another attempt to lock me up, thus removing this threat to Mr. Schwab, Wall Street, & the US government?

FBI agent Nancy Russell & Who killed my friend Pam?

Around the same time I met FBI agents Ken Willis & his wife Erika, I met FBI parsy Nancy Russell. At first I was very attracted to Nancy. At almost 90, she was the oldest woman I had ever dated. I was preoccupied by symptoms from three failed spinal surgeries, so most of my energy was spent looking for  a surgeon that might help me walk again.

I was casually dating another a woman living at the senior in living center in Eugene.  Pam introduced me to Nancy who immediately let me know she was interested. By this time, I had met lots with FBI patsies that had had joined Ken Willis in attempted sting operations. In my book I discuss some of the more exciting close calls that could have landed me in prison.

During the the Covi-19 pandemic I did not hide my opinion that it was a great hoax designed to bring down the world banking system. But it also offered a treat way to get rid of enemies of the state. By this time I was fully aware of Nancy Russell’s relationship with Ken Willis. But Pam naive and I doubt she was aware Nancy and Ken were FBI partners.

It didn’t occur to me at the time, but I  now suspect they have wanted to get  Pam her out of the way, so Nancy Russell  concentrate on me.

During my recovery from botched surgeries, I had not desire to associate  Nancy Russell for a couple years.  I knew she was working with Ken Willis, which meant she was always helping him spying on me and sharing information about me. For example, though she always denied it,  she always shared my phone numbers and email addresses.

With the Covid pandemenuc, my closest friends quit allowing others into their homes. They quit visiting one another. And life was becoming quite lonely.

One day I received one of Nancy Russell’s cryptic messages.  “How are you doing?”

I had not talked with Nancy for a long time, and wondered she smight have changed, thinking perhaps she take pity. What a fool.

I accepted her invitation to meet, but was surprised when she told me she was no longer driving. Great. Now, every time I wanted to see her, I had to drive to her house. She and Ken Willis had a reason for this  will discuss later.

During our reunion, one of the first things she told me was that our friend Pam. She said, after Pam’s second Covid shot, she started having seizure. Then one day day she found dead in her apartment. I was in shock. How many times had I told Pam to refuse the shot?

Perhaps because of her experience as an FBI undercover agent, Nancy Russell showed shared little emotion regarding our friend’s death. I tought, for her this was just another FBI murder.

Yes, I would no be surprised to learn that my dear friend was murdered by her friends Ken Willis and Nancy Russess. Only consider the number of times they had tried to entrap me and put me in prison.

March 2023

Despite all her promises that she was not an undercover agent, and was not working with Ken Willis and the FBI, within a few weeks she what was up to her old ways. Once more she stole my cell phone numbers and shared them with the FBI retard Ken Willis. Once more he was tracking my location by cell phone.

Ken willis and sits around out neighborhood, and waits intile tracking device picks me up. Then he shows up driving past my home while I am either leaving or arriving home. Sometime like today he pass my house driving one way up the street, while one of his partners passes him going the other way past my home.

Ken Willis has been playing this stupid game and wasting taxpayer money money for fifteen years. I do not know what the FBI is trying to achieve by causing its agents to act like such idiots. But it does seem they are intent on letting me know they always know where I am.  For what?

I am aware of the Eugene cops occasionally parking cars in front of FBI  Ken Willi’s large large home near the end of our street.

Beside Ken Willis & his wife who original occupied this home and tried to become part of our Neighborhood, at least two other people moved in with them. This was a man and woman  whose behaviour  has been very suspicious. They join Ken Willis’ effort to stalk me and track my whereabouts, often following them leading them to my home.

How do I know Ken Willis engages in stalking me? For years he has been passing by my home and waving to me, as if to let me know he is still stalking me. Last year I decided to test him out, so each time he passed ane waved, I stood and gave him the finger. Willis wasn’t bothered by my  responding to his waves by giving him the finger. Looking like a fool, he just kept on driving by and waving.

I have many stories about how I met and got to know Ken Willis. But the the greatest example is how he and a young female patsy, that he claimed was his niece attempted to entrap me in a very silly sting operation. This story is included in my book and elsewhere on this blog.

I might point out that before I became aware of the FBI’s heavy use of women in their sting operations, I had encountered dozens of their patsies, some of which would have resulted in their target going to jail.

To prove the Eugene police are assisting the FBI’s effort stalk me and entrap me in sting operations, I have strayed from the subject.  My book is full of stories about women under covert agents and their “undercover” attempts to put me in prison.

Charles Schwab agents commit Banking Fraud

For many years I have done my banking with our local Oregon Community Credit Union. After publishing my books on Amazon I could hardly wait for the for my first royalty checks. But to my surprise, Amazon was reporting very few sale, less than five per month. This didn’t make sense knowing my website was receiving thousands of hits from all over the world.

One way to check was to check used book sales at stores. I started checking for my books in cities in the US and discovered that most had copies of my books. To verify this, I ordered my book from a few used bookstore. I received my books in used condition, so knew that stores were indeed selling my books. I wrote to Amazon’s Jeff Bezos never received a reply. I had to had to accept the fact I was never going to get rich publishing books about America about AM’s rich and famous.

Many years passed  without any compensation until 2022 when to my surprise I received a check that appeared to be from a publishing company. I could hardly wait to tell my doubtin friends. I might become famous after all.

After I had received my third check I was certain that Amazon had decided to pay royalties for my book sales. However, I decided to stop by the credit union to verify my newly discovered source of income before I picked out the color for my new Tesla. I could hardly wait to become one of Eugene’s many Tesla drivers. What Elon Musk think about this famous Eugen author driving one of his cars…

I visited the credit union to talk about the new deposits I had found in my account. The banker showed me my account where the check I was receiving were indeed coming from my own account, and then deposited back into my account when I cashed them. The FBI had pulled another hoax intended to harass me.

Word of how the Schwab agents lied to a bank teller to gain access to my account spread fast and it became obvious to me which bank employee had fallen for their hoax. At first I was ready to make a case against the bank for allowing this to happen. But when I perceived how distraught the employee, I felt sympathy for her and chose not report her. After all, I couldn’t even count the times the FBI had messed up my life. After let it drop, the person who allowed the Schwab access to my account relaxed, and treated me as a friend again. The bank managers who I initially complained about what had happened never mentioned it to me again.

In the real world where the rich guys play and abuse, play by their own rules. I am pleased that I caught Ken Willis and yet another illegal hoax against same against at bank.

 

US Government Collusion With Our US Doctors

For most my life I was under the impression that discussions with my doctors were a private matter us. Having now become aware of what’s called “US Government Targets”, I am now aware of just how far the US Government will go to influence one’s life, including collusion with our doctors. Stand by your as your eyes are opened to reality.

Dr. Nancy Maloney

Around five or six years ago my primary doctor was Nancy Maloney at Oregon Medical Group. She was new in town and I liked her casual demeanor and thought we’d get along okay. I was under heavy stress due to constant FBI harassment and sting operations I discussed elsewhere on this site.

I was feeling quite vulnerable one day when I decided a copy of my book to my primary doctor, Dr. Nancy Maloney a copy of my book.  I had in mind, is this would would create permanent record of what I was going through in case I was became trapped in and FBI sting operation.

During my next meeting with Dr. Meloney, she told me she wanted to talk to me about my book. She told me she thought my whole story was based on my fantasy. None it was true needed to let it go and forget about. She stopped short of telling me I was mentally ill.

I left her office crestfallen. How could my doctor read my story and read my book–with all my letters to Presidents & Congress, and conclude it all based on fantasy? How could anyone even have time to concoct such a tale? Dr. Maloney was obviously being influenced, and I instantly thought about FBI agent John Ferreira who seemed to be coordinating the government’s activities against me.

Then one day Dr. Maloney called me at home and told she was taking me off of testosterone supplements. What? She said this was because my blood cell count was on the high side.  I had been on testosterone therapy for twenty years, so decided to change doctors.

Dr. Mc Cain

I checked out Oregon Medical Group’s list of doctors and selected a young doctor fresh out of school. Before signing up to become his patient, I asked if he had a problem prescribing testosterone therapy. He said he was fine so so witched again. e that so became his patient. It wasn’t very long before his nurse called to tell Dr. Mc Cain said he was taking me off testosterone.

At the time I didn’t make the connection between my doctors & the FBI.

Dr.Lakhani

Oregon Medical Group had one endocrinologist with whom I met one time. He had me start working with his assistant Karen Beer’s on my diabetes. When Dr. Mc Cain refused to provide my testosterone shots, I asked Ms. Beers if she would prescribe them for me. We were all set again.

Dr. Lakhani was full of surprises. Without consulting having consulted with me, Ms. Beers told me one day that Dr. Lakhani was taken me off of insulin. What? I had been on been on insulin for years and depended on my daily jabs. Lakani prescribe medication he said that would reduce my hunger. I was willing to give it a try.

My wife and I went out for Mexican food one evening and I was unable to eat. I just looked at my food and was repulsed by the very thought of eating. I knew that Dr. Lakhani’s new cure for diabetes was working. But why hadn’t he discussed his new cure with me? I told Ms. Beers about me eating experience and she switched me back to insulin.

Then Ms. Beers called to tell me Dr. Lakhani was taking me off testosterone. Just like that! Like some others, she might have explained that my haemoglobin was elevated, but she said nothing about reducing the dosage.  For the fourth time an OMG doctor had by himself had decided cut me off testosterone off–without even talking to me. He was making a major change in my life. I told Ms. Beers I was would not consent to this change  would search for yet another doctor. Dr. As usual, Lakhani did not respond.

It was probably a mistake to try and find another doctor within the OMG but my choices were limited. I made and appointment with Dr. John for so we could get acquainted. As usual, I gave him a copy of my book and provided an overview of my story.

Then I asked him if he would have any problems prescribing my testosterone. He told me he would not and I became his patient. Dr. Ford worked in team, so there was no guarantees about who I would see during my appointments.

On one occasion one  one team member provided a post-op checkup. As is the normal practice for all their visits, I sat and waited while the spent all his time typing.

When he finished he handed me his record of our visit. I noticed right off that he had mistakenly stated I was suffering “kidney failure”. I called the office manager and pointed out the doctors mistake and she said she would talk with him about it. I wrote to Dr. Ford about this huge mistake, but I never received a response.

The problems only become worse.

Previous letters to you and others in the US Government

Dear Senator Leahy,

Your investigation into the US attorney general’s hiring and the firing of attorneys based primarily upon the political agenda of the Bush administration is an historical event. Your frustrated efforts to gain access to White House records are revealing the worst of what can happen in a “democracy” when the checks and balances fail. The elected members of US Government no longer work for the American people, but join the Executive Branch in working for the billionaires and corporations who control the destiny of every would-be politician. This is all made possible by an election system based upon private political funding and lobbying rather than on qualifications, character, and dedication to the welfare of the American people. What neither US political party seems to comprehend is that uncontrolled capitalism and globalization have built-in characteristics that assure their own failure.

So far, your investigation into the firing of attorneys has revealed that the White House has spent two terms using the Department of Justice to promote the Republican Party’s political agenda rather than enforce the laws of our country. Given these revelations and the seriousness of my allegations against stock broker Charles Schwab, I am even more convinced that the Bush administration has been protecting Schwab from investigation by the Department of Justice since I first filed charges against him in August 2002. I believe Bush’s protection scheme includes a conspiracy to denigrate my character and discredit my allegations, which I would like to discuss here.

In August 2002 I reported Schwab’s illegal activities to Agent Paul Mueller of the Portland FBI office. I also filed complaints against Schwab on the FBI and SEC websites. During my initial contact with Agent Mueller, I provided numerous documents that supported my allegations against Schwab. This evidence clearly shows that Schwab and Kim Haines had known each other for years and had a personal and business relationship. However, it was later revealed that Schwab and Haines defended themselves against my allegations by claiming they did not know each other.

Given the wealth of evidence the FBI had to disprove such a claim, it is highly doubtful that Schwab would risk being charged with a felony for lying to the FBI. And it is even more doubtful the FBI would accept such a claim without confronting Schwab with the evidence I provided. This was obviously the beginning of the White House conspiracy to protect Schwab from our system of justice.

In August 2003, I was interrogated by two Eugene FBI agents and told by Agent John Ferreira that Schwab had accused me of trying to kill him. His claim was supposedly based upon an innocuous letter I had written him some six months before in which I had pleaded with him to stop harassing Kim Haines. Given the lack of any basis for such an accusation, plus the evidence and potential charges against him, I find it very difficult to believe that Schwab would expose himself to yet another felony charge by falsely accusing me of attempted murder. Given what the FBI already knew about Schwab’s illegal activities, I find it improbable that they would take his accusations seriously. Indeed, based upon the demeanor of the FBI agents who interrogated me, they did not take Schwab’s accusations seriously.

During my interrogation I was asked if I feared being killed. I’ve yet to decide whether this was a warning of imminent danger or a threat. This Bomb Hoax and Schwab’s accusations were based upon knowledge of my plans to visit California, which could only have been learned from my emails. So the question is: Was it Schwab or the US Government that was hacking my computer? Again, given Schwab’s already existing exposure to felony charges, I find it doubtful he would take such a risk, but given the White House propensity to eavesdrop on American citizens, I will assume they were hacking my computer. I can only imagine the difficulties I might have faced had I not canceled my plans to visit California. Each time I turn on my computer, I assume that the US Government is still intercepting my email and is aware of all my activities.

About one year after I filed charges against Schwab for computer hacking, I discovered that all of the documents in my computer’s “Schwab” folder had been destroyed. However, my remaining folders were not damaged. At the time, I found it quite unbelievable that Schwab had the audacity to continue hacking into my computer and risk being caught by the FBI. Today I realize that it probably wasn’t Schwab doing the hacking, but the US Government.

Given the abundant evidence that supports my allegations against Schwab, plus the scrutiny by the White House and leaders in Congress, I highly doubt he would repeatedly expose himself by engaging in the felonious behavior I have described. However, I do feel he would be a willing participant in a Bush administration conspiracy to protect himself from our system of justice.

On May 5, 2005, I wrote to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales with yet another request that he investigate my allegations against Schwab and bring him to justice. I received a response from George Handley of the DOJ on September 19, 2005, in which he informed me that my previous letters were being forwarded to the Portland FBI office. This would not guarantee a criminal investigation would be initiated; this would be left to the discretion of the field office and the US attorney general. This was three years after I first filed complaints about Schwab’s illegal activities with the Portland FBI office and we were back to where we started. Neither the Portland FBI office nor the attorney general’s office has contacted me since. And as you know, Attorney General Gonzales has since resigned.

In January 2008, I wrote to Bush’s new attorney general, Michael Mukasey, and requested that he investigate my allegations against Schwab. In March 2008, I followed up with a letter to President Bush requesting the status of my complaints against Schwab. I copied leaders of the US Congress on both these letters. However, I have not received any response.

Given the seriousness of my allegations against Schwab, the unlikely activities I have discussed above and the lack of any response from the US Government, I believe the Bush administration has engaged in an ongoing conspiracy to protect Schwab from our system of justice. This belief is bolstered when I hear that Bush refuses to provide White House records, as required by law, and that Karl Rove suddenly discovers that he lost four years’ worth of emails, which happens to cover the period of my efforts to bring Schwab to justice.

Once more I am requesting that the US Government investigate my allegations against Schwab and bring him to justice. By engaging in this battle with the US Government, I realize that I am risking my life. However, the type of suffering Schwab caused my fiancée and me, followed by the ongoing efforts of the US Government to protect Schwab does not leave a man of character any alternative. The person in the most danger is Kim Haines, for she would be the star witness in any proceedings against Schwab. I hope you will do everything in your power to protect her.

President Obama Treats Author To Hot Apple Cider Laced With Poison

The following incident occurred at a Trump protest rally in Eugene, Oregon one month after he was elected. Because of the timing we assume the incident discussed here was in planning stages during the Obama administration. I’m sure we’ll never know for sure.

On Sunday, February 26, 2017, I was pulling into Eugene’s Whole Food Market parking lot when I observed the anti-Trump rally across the street at the Federal Courthouse. Always curious, I walked over and joined the dozen or so people who were observing the large group of protesters across the street. People were holding up signs and waving while passing cars honked their horns in support. A middle-aged man with a short white beard and small hat was standing beside me. While I was concentrating on the protesters across the street, he turned toward me and said, “I sure wish I had your white curly hair.” I am used to such comments from women, but this was unusual coming from a man. Especially with all the excitement and noise. We spent a few minutes chatting about the disastrous presidential campaign and the anti-Trump protests taking place all over the world. Like most people I had talked with, he seemed totally bewildered by the Trump phenomena.

While we stood chatting and watching the activities in front of the Federal Court House, a young woman emerged from the crowd and headed our way . She was carrying what appeared to be a food tray with two small paper cups. I thought, if this was all she had left to give away, why didn’t she offer it to someone in the much larger crowd she was leaving. To get to our side of the street she would have to cross four lanes of traffic. As she stepped into the crosswalk and headed in our direction her eyes were focused on me. 

About halfway across the street she left the crosswalk and headed at an angle straight toward my new friend and me. Finally standing before us she asked if we would like some hot apple cider. After her long walk to reach us, how could the cider still be hot? And why did she take the trouble to come this far with only two cups of cider? Why would she leave the huge gathering of protestors and take the trouble to cross the busy street to come to our small group with only two cups of cider? I would later realize this was a special delivery treat from President Obama.

Excitement was in the air as my new friend and I took the two cups of cider and thanked her. She promptly turned and headed back across the street and disappeared back into the crowd. Without bidding me farewell, my friend silently left me and followed her. When I sipped the now cool apple cider, I detected a strange taste and suspected something was amiss. The taste and the manner in which it was delivered to me caused me to suspect it contained poison, so I tossed most of it into the nearby bushes. How sorry I was that I didn’t save the paper cup for analysis.

That evening I started feeling ill and weak. By next morning I had little energy and my legs felt heavy and didn’t want to move. I forced myself to go to the gym, but quit about halfway through my routine. I was certain that it was the “hot apple cider” that caused my symptoms. And I was certain this was just another US Government attempt to silence me. Obama, who I had placed so much hope in was doing his best to get rid of me.

For the past nineteen years I have had to be alert to potential harm from Schwab and and four US presidents.

A couple days later I still wasn’t feeling great, but decided to try the gym again. The results were the same and once more I had to give up early. I talked with my primary doctor about the apple cider incident and asked if she could order testing for poison. She said diagnosing poisoning was difficult due to the number of potential substances and recommended I go to ER where they could do lab work. It’s amazing how skeptical people are when you tell them you think you’ve been poisoned. The ER doctor was skeptical and had difficulty maintaining his composure as I told him I thought I had been poisoned at the anti-Trump rally. It became easier when I told him a little about Schwab and US Government’s fifteen years of trying to get rid of me. I used my iPhone to show him my blog and photos of my books. He proceeded to order lab work that he thought might offer clues about what was causing my symptoms. When he returned with the test results he said, “Your symptoms are due to severe dehydration. You need to drink more water.” Because my lifestyle had not changed and the symptoms were of a sudden onset, I tied the dehydration to poisoning from the apple cider. I looked it up and indeed dehydration is one of the symptoms of arsenic poisoning.  How lucky I am that I didn’t like the taste of the apple cider and tossed most of it into the bushes.

 I have never been able to receive a direct answer from doctors about what to do about suspected poisoning, so I called the Poison Control hotline. They told me that if one suspects they’ve been poisoned they should report it to the police department. After all it isn’t nice going around poisoning people and trying to kill them. In my case, whenever I have reported suspected foul play to any level of government, they do not respond. However, I followed Poison Control’s advice and reported the apple cider incident to Eugene’s Police Chief Pete Kerns, my representatives in Congress, and President Obama. I also posted my story on my blog where it would be read at thousands of corporate and government offices around the world. As usual, I did not receive a response, which I will interpret to be a confirmation that my suspicions were correct: Schwab and/or the US Government had tried to kill me again.

Explanation:
The FBI was aware that Whole Foods was one of my favorite place to shop. They had already used this store to set me up with three encounters with male and female undercover agents that I’m aware of. The FBI also knew I was attracted to political rallies. So, while tracking me and noticing I was heading for Whole Foods, across the street from the anti-Trump rally, they were ready for me.

Since this attempt to poison me, the FBI has set me up in additional encounters at Whole Foods. These have all occurred in eating area. Most of these encounters are for the purpose of befriending me, gathering personal information, and harassing me. Others are for setting me up in sting and entrapment operations. Because of my many years of experience dealing with Charles Schwab & US Government undercover agents, it only takes a few minutes to recognize what these people are up to.  I discuss some of these encounters in my books.

Gag Orders: How US Presidents Protect the Guilty

Abusing innocent citizens to protect guilty elites

How is it that the man occupying the Oval Office has legal authority to deny free speech to every official at all levels of government? How is it this same man can muzzle every media outlet to protect elite criminals like Charles Schwab?

Since reporting Charles Schwab’s illegal activities to President Bush twenty years ago, all US Presidents have protected him from the US system of justice, while denying my Civil Rights & making war against me.

No, I cannot turn to my representatives at any level of government, for they are all under White House gag orders and won’t even speak to me about my complaints. I have sought help from my Oregon congressmen, telling them about how Schwab & Bush attempted to frame me for attempting to kill Schwab & they ignore me.

I complain about this to leaders in Congress & they ignore me.

Our presidents can control every official at every level of government with a simple gag order. This is Democracy? This is a country of Civil Rights? Free press?

By June 2002 Schwab had spent almost seven months trying to convince Kim that I was a bad guy only interested in her money, and that she should leave me and return to him. Schwab’s constant harassment and financial pressure (blackmail) kept Kim and me weary and stressed to the limit but somehow we were weathering the storm. We were sticking to our plans to get married. Though we avoided the subject, I think we both assumed that once we were married Schwab would give up and leave us alone. Being much smarter now, I realize how desperate Schwab was because he had involved Kim financially in Micron’s attempt to take over Hynix. Once Schwab realized his efforts to destroy our relationship were not working, he decided to play rougher.

Kim was upset and shaken one day when she came to me and said, “Charles is summoning me to his office in San Francisco. He says he wants to discuss our financial agreements, which means he wants to talk about the twenty-million dollars I owe him.” We both knew this meant trouble and the outcome of their meeting was not going to be pleasant.

On the morning of her departure for Portland where Schwab’s corporate jet would be waiting, Kim was apprehensive. She was full of anxiety and said, “I just dread having to face Charles and find out what he has in store for me. His loan is in default and my fate is in his hands.” She again lamented the fact she would be ruined financially if he were to call the loan he had arranged only so she could buy Micron stock. Kim told me again how she could lose her family’s fortune that, ironically, Schwab was managing since he had full control of her finances. I found it amazing; if Charles, with his billions of dollars loved Kim so much and was so desperate to have her back, why didn’t he just forgive his loan and the financial mess he got her into? Why not try to treat her nice? After all, according to her, his loan was no more than what he paid for a single painting at an art auction in Europe.

Despite her fear about what lie in store, Kim did her best to maintain her composure and positive outlook as she embarked on her journey to San Francisco. As with previous travels and meetings with Schwab, Kim would have access to a computer and would send an occasional email to let me know how things were going. In the afternoon on the day she arrived at Charles Schwab headquarters she wrote, “We have completed our business meeting (discussed further on) and Charles has invited me into his office for a private conversation.” 

She surprised me later when she wrote, “I’ve been talking with Charles and he told me to apologize to you on his behalf for what he might have done to you. He told me he was only trying to protect his interests.” Right. Was this jerk trying to make me laugh?  He spends all these months stalking us, denigrating my character, and lying to Kim about me chasing  women in order to protect his interests? Was Kim so naïve she couldn’t see that Charles Schwab was just another rich psychopath. Schwab’s power over Kim was such that his explanation seemed to bring her relief. She was prepared to forgive him and even defend his actions.

Kim did not understand that since I had reported Schwab’s illegal activities to President Bush, his key cabinet members, and leaders in Congress, he could be in trouble. The real reason for apologizing at this point was, he realized I was not easily frightened and what he had done to us backfired on him. In any case, his apologies were childish and pathetic.

When Kim got home that evening, she was exhausted and distraught. After settling down for a while she told me about her long day. When she arrived at Charles Schwab headquarters she was ushered into Schwab’s office where he and his attorneys were waiting. As expected, they wanted to discuss Schwab’s $20 million loan and reminded her that Schwab could legally call his loan at any time. Kim reminded me again. “Think of the consequences, Wayne. If Charles called his loan he would take everything I put up as collateral and I would be wiped out. I would end up with nothing.”

This was only the lead in, for Schwab and his attorneys had cleverly worked out a deal for Kim that she couldn’t refuse. She said, “They handed me a contract to sign that stipulated, if I agreed to not marry you, Charles would not call his loan. If I refused to sign he was prepared to call his loan.” Schwab was using blackmail to control Kim’s personal life. Kim said, “Wayne, Charles left me no choice.” I held her in my arms as she began to cry bitterly. “Wayne, I am so sorry but I had no choice but to sign Charles’ contract”. 

This was beyond my comprehension and I became overwhelmed with anger. One of the world’s most wealthy and powerful men, used to having everything he ever wanted, was torturing and blackmailing this helpless woman, even denying her right to marry someone she loved. Such are the ways of the rich and powerful men we so admire. As Kim told me about what Schwab was doing to us my resolve to get even was only greater.

Learning later that the US Government was conspiring with Schwab to protect him and silence me was even more shocking. It was more than any human should have to bare. Despite warnings from my closest friends that my life was in danger, and that I should forget everything and walk away, I knew the only way Schwab and the US Government could silence me was to kill me. I had met some really bad people in my life, but none so evil as Charles Schwab.

After regaining her composure, Kim tried to assure me, even though we could not get married we could still live together. Though I knew Schwab would never let up, I didn’t interrupt her dream. I did ask, “How is it legally possible that someone can prevent someone else from marrying whomever they choose?” It was a rhetorical question, but Kim responded, “Charles never does anything without his attorneys going over every detail. Believe me, I have no way out this.” Despite how Schwab had been torturing her all these months, she again came to his defense, assuring me that Schwab was only doing this to protect his interests. I believe it was Kim’s innocence and naïveté that allowed her to become so entangled and controlled by this evil man who she claimed was a family friend. Men like Schwab don’t have friendships that don’t come without personal gain and power. 

In coming days Kim continued to be distraught, repeating her complaints about Schwab’s interference in her life. She would say, “Charles controls my life and I never will never be free of him.” Remember, though he wasn’t yet calling his loan, she still owed him $20 million. Her emotional turmoil and sense of desperation were such that on one occasion she was only half joking when she offered a solution. She said, “Wayne, what I should do is go ahead and marry Charles. He’s so busy all the time he would never  bother me. Then you and I could continue our relationship on the side.” Kim was desperate, and seriously looking for a way out of her dilemma. I wondered how many wealthy men’s spouses have sought such arrangements. The TV series Desperate Housewives came to mind.

Kim and I made up an excuse and let our families and friends know our wedding plans had been postponed, but we would continue living together.

We would soon learn that our troubles had only begun.

Please Note:

If rich men like Charles Schwab & the US Government are committing these crimes against me, think about how many other Americans are being subjected to the same treatment.

When Sigmund Freud wrote and told a friend, “For the most part humans are nothing by trash”, he wasn’t talking about the workers and poor people, he was talking about people like Charles Schwab & US Government officials who conspired with him abuse my Civil Rights and attempt to lock me up in prison or kill me.

Following two Paypal scams, the US government’s latest scam is from the Geek Squad.  And we can expect this to brilliant ploy to continue. The US Government is desperate because I finally cut off contact with their only patsy, Nancy Russell, who has been playing games with me for the past few years. I have never done business with Geek Squad and did not order this service. I’m sure these scams are the work of FBI & NSA agents John Ferreira, Ken Willis, and their patsies.

I just received my second Paypal scam.  It lists a recent purchase that I did not make and provides a phone number to call to dispute the charges.
I called the official Paypal website phone # and was told I had not made any purchases. So this email was a scam the same as the previous one.

We believe NSA agent Ken Willis is responsible for these attempts to use fraudulent Paypal notifications to hack my computer.

Paypal Scam
      We are certain my neighbor NSA agent Ken Willis initiated the fake Paypal notification that my account had been charged nearly $600 for a gun. A phone number was provided on the statement that could be used to talk with customer service to dispute the charges. Thinking this was the Paypal company, I called the number and was hooked up with a foreign sounding tech.

Being overwhelmed by health issues, and believing I was working with Paypal, I followed the tech’s advice on what to do with my computer to block further exposure. It did not occur to me that he was attempting to configure my computer to provide access for NSA agent Ken Willis.

The tech’s efforts repeatedly failed, which he blamed on my Mac computer. He said, “If this was a PC we would have been done in five minutes. As discussed in my books, I switched to Apple products after Charles Schwab’s secret service company repeated hacked my PC’s Windows OS, and crashed the system. The story is in my book.

After foolishly staying on the phone with this fake Paypal tech for 1.5 hours, I started to catch on to what he was up to and hung up. By next morning I knew I had been subjected to a fake Paypal scam and my computer might be infected. I took it to a shop and had the system restored to original.

How did Ken Willis learn about my Paypal account and purchase the gun? For the past couple years I have been dating Nancy  Russell who I have suspected was an FBI patsy whose assignment was to provide her handlers personal information about me, like my phone numbers, email addresses, garage door opener code, etc. Nancy is a nice old lady and has insisted over and over she is not colluding with the FBI or NSA. From the start I wanted to believe her, but clues to her true identity were ever present.

Perhaps foolishly, in our old age, we remained tentative friends and Nancy Russell has visited my home many times.
I have a Paypal account, but because I rarely use it I have always left it with other cards on my dresser near the master bath. Of course, each time Nancy Russell used the bathroom she had to pass by my dresser.

After the above Paypal scam I checked my dresser and my Paypal card was missing. I searched my car and house and couldn’t find it. Because I am an Elon Musk fan, I would never toss out my Paypal card that he had helped develop. We believe Nancy Russell stole my Paypal card and gave it to Ken Willis and his partners, who used it for this scam.

Let’s keep in mind that Ken Willis and his partners are working for the US Government, which has been harassing and stalking me since 2003.

US Government Harassment
I received a call today from our county’s Senior & Disability office. The investigator told me  someone had reported that I suffered “Self Neglect”and was a “danger to myself”. She said she could not tell me who had reported me; only what they had reported me.  She told me straight out that the person making the report told her I was suffering paranoia and other mental illness, and needed psychiatric help. Her role in all this was to discuss available resources and assist me with getting help.
I told her this was no doubt the work of my neighbor, NSA agent Ken Willis and his patsy Nancy Russell. I think Nancy was the one who called and reported me.
I told this person I had a degree in psychology and I worked in engineering and management at IBM most my life. And despite the US Government’s nineteen year effort to silence me, I hadn’t yet lost my mind.
After she determined I was okay and didn’t need her help, she said she was closing the case, but it would remain on file. She said if I ever needed her help to call her.

This folks is just one more way the US government has been targeting me since they conspired with Charles Schwab in 2003 to protect him by silencing me. This decision by President Bush & Vice President Dick Cheney was one of the greatest political blunders in US history. Schwab, Bush, & Cheney created a disaster for which the only solution would be to kill me. They now know that the “ultimate solution” won’t work because of all the IBMers who have joined my cause and will carry on this work.
