Dear Governor Koteck,

If you have read my book, or taking a look at my website, you know that Charles Schwab and his Secret Service company has been truing to eliminate me from his life for many years. Both of our lives became very complicated when many years ago I met his girlfriend on a dating site many years ago, causing her to break up with him.

He had exposed himself insider trading charges, which did’t fare well with President Bush who had plans to promote Schwab to Secretary of Treasury. Making things more difficult, Schwab had involved his girlfriend Kim Insider Trading schemes she did not understand.

My story about how Schwab derailed Kim’s and my plans to become married were tough on everyone involved, especially Kim, who was under Schwab’s complete control.

Schwab’s insider trading involved shares in Micron Corporation founded by Kim’s father. In any case, Schwab was in charge of Kim’s financial plans I won’t try to explain here.

All of this made lots of trouble for Schwab, the least of which was the possibly prison time. Of course, I became a target for Schwab, and I had very good reason to fear him and his

SS agents. It’s important to point out Schwab’s SS agents were working with the FBI for many years. The story is in my book.

Since Schwab lost his opportunity to become US Treasury Secretary, he has been very upset with me, and I have been in his plagued anger ever since.

The use of DMV suspension program against me is a new ploy by Schwab’s SS agents. Schwab has been colluding with my doctor for many years, starting with Dr. Nancy Maloney. Medical clinics like McKenzie Heart Group have under Dr. Patric Bergin became involved a few years ago and and have worked hard to ruin my health ever since. One only need observe how Oregon’s DMV program is operated in a manner that assures victims like me alway fail and trapped the rest of our lives. DMV officers do not hesitate to make up lie and make up stories that might might cause us risk our lives or kill us.

One example: After receiving a flyer in the mail that recommended I might apply to get my driver’s back, I called a DMV Officer to enquire about this option. The officer I talked to was quick to let me know my time had expired and this would not work for me. Well, yes. After I received notice that I was in trouble with DMV, I wrote to you explained my whole story about how this was Charles Schwab hoax.

After you failed to respond for around six months, I figure you were going dry drop the case. Because I am sure Charles Schwab’s agents become involved, I was put back into the fire the DMV fire where I remain stuck.

My doctors, who are now in bed with Charles Schwab and DMV await more lies about how the system failed, and doctors that were supporting me had, and I would have to find those doctors and try again.

I doubt you and you DMV officers have any idea what the trouble I go through though trying to keep ahead of Charles Schwab agents trying to harm or kill me.

There might bb hope, for we have information that leads us believe President Trump is working with a famous attorney and Netflix to produce a movie about my case. If at all possible, I need you help in regaining my driving privileges before anyone proceeds with such projects.

Charges Schwab Collusion With Doctors, Hospitals, and DMV

In early chapters of my book, the focus of my story is on my battle with the US Government and Charles Schwab. I was subjected to numerous sting operations in which in which the US Government and Schwab and began their twenty year war against me. The FBI was colluding with my doctors, beginning with Dr. Malone from Oregon Medical Group and a few others. Looking back, Charles Schwab agents were becoming imbedded with all my doctors, some twenty years ago. Schwab and the government was also trying to frame me for trying to kill Schwab, and other elaborate sting operations.

Some years ago I began work my book in which I was determine to tell my whole story. Schwab put his corporate attorneys work, sending threatening letters. But my story was already published. Schwab’s friend, Jeff Bezos at Amazon has done a great job of suppressing my story. But my story was out and Schwab was in charge. I would be lucky to escape his swarm of agents and come out alive.

My introduction to cardiology

There came a time when was having noticeable problems with my heart and knew I must do something about it. I began studying the Internet figured the first thing I needed was a good heart surgeon. After my 25 years of smoking, I could feel the pain and knew I didn’t have lots of time.

I searched the Internet and discovered a heart clinic nearby at McKenzie-Willamette Hospital. My primary doctor referred me there for an agro gram.

Russian doctor who performed my angiogram made strange noises while studying the images of my heart expressed shock when he saw the condition of my heart, and told I needed immediate quad bypass surgery. He told the nursing staff to admit me.

My cardiologist came to my room and changed the plan. He told the staff, because the surgery team was no available, they could sent me home and have be return on Monday. I went home to get on the Internet and search for a heart surgeon.

We took my angiogram images and drove across town McKenzie-Hospital. When we arrived, the staff was confused and not prepared for us. I was a real site, sitting at the hospital entrance, showing the staff my heart images and telling them I needed surgery.

The staff suddenly joined US, and I was introduced me to their Office Manager, Terry Higley. Terry and would become a great friend, and often talked about how she saved my life. Terry took me inside and introduced to me to Dr. Paulson, a cardiologist who checked my angiograms. He agreed I needed quad bypass surgery.

I went home , got on the Internet and searched for a. heart surgeon in the area. Indeed, I discovered Dr. Armitage who sounded to me like the man I wanted to do my heart surgery.

As it turned out McKenzie-Willamett Hospital t ready for me either, so I would rest at home until Monday. But within a couple days I joined Dr. Armitage for his five-hour surgery that saved my life.

I can recall my time at McKenzie-Willamette hospital, but my stay was very traumatic. My first doctor after my heart surgery was Doctor Paulson, but I don’t recall much about him.

My first cardiologist was a doctor at Samaritan in Corvallis who came around and told the Cardiology crew they could send me until Monday.

McKenzie Heart Group: Dr. Patrick Bergin

Terry Higley, office manager for the cardiology group, probably introduced me to Dr. Bergin, but I am not sure. Bergin appeared to be the leader of the small group of doctors, and Terry seemed to have high regards for him. I do not recall how I met Dr. Bergin. But it could have been while he was performing the angiogram for me. Indeed, I think he inserted a few stents to keep my heart working.

Irbesartan
From the time I started working with Dr. Bergin, my blood pressure was very high, so he and he started me I on Iberbesartan and Hyhydrochlorothiazid. However, from the time we started this routine, my blood pressure remained the same. When visited Dr. Bergin, I reminded him my blood pressure medication was not working. He just ignored me, so I just ignored my high blood pressure. But this habit was about to catch up with us.

Prostate Surgery: Dr. Long

I was getting old and developing problems, so Dr. Long recommended the prostate surgery to get me going again. This was to be a be a simple surgery, the most serious part being the anesthetic. When I arrived at OR, the anesthesiologist was there with a worried look on his face. Dr. Long arrived and the anesthesiologist told him my blood pressure was too high, and he would not approve of my surgery. Everyone agreed and I was sent home.

When we trie the next day, the anesthesiologist injected me with medication to lower my blood pressure, and we were able to proceed with the surgery.

Spine Surgeries: Dr. Ching

For Dr. Ching’s next two surgeries, medication was used to lower my blood pressure. The surgeries were performed in Tualatan, and would require the they be redone.

Spine Surgeries: Dr. Bergin, Gallo and Dr. Burkert

I was working with Dr. Ching who had already performed cervical and some type lumbar surgery on me, but neither were successful.

By the time, I was very ill due to heart and kidney failure. I was still telling Dr. Bergin Irbesartan was still not to controlling my blood pressure. I was becoming very ill and starting to panic. I had evidence my kidneys were failing and decided to prove it. For my next appointment with Dr. Bergin, I took a sample of my urine that was the color of coffee. I do no recall his response, but he referred be to Dr. Gallo who he said was a friend.

The plan was for Gallo to perform Lumbar and Cervical spine surgeries.

When I met Dr. Gallo for my pre-op visit, I knew from her demeanor that she was not pleased with me. This was fine, because had not been pleased with my self for several years. This okay because still rather naive about heart and kidney health. And I was rather stupid for putting my faith in Dr. Bergin.

Dr. Gallo wasted little time, letting me know I she didn’t I was healthy enough for surgery. She said, I don’t want risk having die while I am performing surgery on you. I knew Dr. Bergin was going to get a good ass chewing from most respected neurosurgeons in this part of the country. I was so happy to learn that Dr. Gallo involved with my care.

Please Note: This was the fourth time I had been prepared for surgery, but was rejected due to Dr. Bergin’s poor care. Why would I be suffering from poor care when he and other doctors like knew I was being prepared for surgery? And remember, at the time Dr. Bergin referred me to Dr. Gallo, she was appalled to what poor shape I was in.

Dr. Bergin goes to work on heart and kidneys.

Doctor Begin called me in one day and told me about Dr. Gallo’s concerns about my health. I knew I was in bad shape and did not require much convincing.

Bergin started writing prescriptions for what I thought were mostly diuretics. We were soon testing and discovered my blood pressure was still very hight, but my kidneys were doing a great job. I do not recall what affect this had on my blood pressure, but I think based on my reaction, I think they once more had pump me full of blood thinners.

Dr. Blake Burkert

Dr. Gallo was planning to do my two surgeries, but she switched and allowed her new partner, Dr. Burkert, to take over. Interestingly, Dr. Gallo was performing surgeries at Peace Health, and Dr. Burkert was performing their surgeries at Mckenzie-Willmette. This was rather curious, but I soon learn what was going on.

Governor Koteck, please note, Charles Schwab’s Secret Servos was about take over management of McKezie-Willamette Hospital. I was there attempting to work with Dr. Burkert, while hospital staff interfered every with Dr. Burkert’s plans every day, until I was forced to leave the hospital.

Oregon Governor’s none response

Should I be surprised that Governors Tina Koteck ignores how Charles Schwab continues to try make me ill and kill me while she and her DMV agents are happy to stand about and watch. Though I am innocent of any crimes, and she did not even respond to Schwab’s DMV hoax until almost a year after the fact, she and her “officers” entertain themselves by creating ways for which Schwab’s agents can prevent me from driving.

I am sure the governor and Charles Schwab really enjoyed hearing about the several times the owner of New Day Bakery caused me to shit my pants.

I now wait to see how ill I might become due to New Day’s owner’s collusion with Schwab’s agents.

Please keep in mind, Schwab, has spent twenty years working with the his Secret Service & the US Government to destroy me. You can read the whole story in my book Amazon refuses to sell.

Schwab & Oregon’s Governor are not the only ones trying to kill me.

Schwab’s big problem occurred when President Bush found out he was married, and lost his lost chance of become Bush’s Treasury Secretary. Schwab and Bush were so upset they Schwab and his SS team tried to frame me for attempted to kill Schwab. The their plan didn’t work, and Schwab has spent twenty years dealing with his embarrassing.

Schwab’s grand plan for destroying me occurred on New Year’s Eve, 2023. The story about how Schwab’s agents tried to kidnap me from the hospital is published on this Blog. I can’t escape Schwab because he and Oregon’s Governor won’t allow me to drive.

Starting twenty ago, Schwab and the FBI have been colluding with my doctors. Some of my doctor stories are discussed here and in my book. Doctor Names are included.

As suspected, the FBI and Schwab’s agents have made sure no doctors would agree I should drive. I would have been better off to allow Schwab’s agents to kidnap be from the hospital.

New Day Bakery: Special Treat

I did not realize what was happening at the time, but around six months, after breakfast at New Day I was on my way home when I suddenly developed a serious need for bowel movement. This was serious, and I tried to focus on something else while trying to keep control.

As I turned onto my street, I knew I was running out of time and I hate to open the car door or I was going to make a terrible mess. As I stepped out of the car I lost control and the proceeded to shit my pants. My breakfast was sliding down both pant legs as I tried to make in inside.

I experienced two more accidents similar to this before New Day was adding poison to my food. I was now faced with the possibility I could be suffering long-term effects of the poison.

I published this post a couple days after being fed the poison tuna sandwich.

Now I am left to figure out how long I have been poisoned, and how this has affected my health.

Bill’s Killer Tuna Sandwich

A couple days ago, everything started to make sense. I realized that I was in more danger than I could have imagined.

I am so bothered by knowing what’s been go on the trust want to the sofa and take another nap.

Back to the bakery where the owner was offering the make me a tuna sandwich. I thought Bill the owner as being weird, but figured he was protective of his crew of young girls.

He prepared my tuna sand and then left me by myself.

I was in a grumpy mood and only finished half the sandwich before walking out.

Bill was a being a real jerk and I was fed up with him.

That night I was extra tired, so went to bed early. About 9:30

As usual, I had no problem getting to sleep. But in the middle of the night I awoke in sever pain everywhere. My arm and legs hurt. My hands hurt.

I was afraid of all the pain and seriously thought I might be dying. I did not know what to do.

I think it was around three in the morning when I got out of bend so I could try to walk around and getting myself moving. I was cautious with my first steps, but the then felt okay. Maybe I wasn’t going to die.

I had been eating at New Day Bakery for years, and was used to the

FBI or Schwab Secret Service Agents lurking about. Bill, the owner, was an old hippie and seemed too ignored who I assumed were Schwab’s Secret Service agents.

Charles Schwab & the FBI conspire to destroy author Wayne Pierce

Dear President Trump,

How pleased we are knowing you will soon be back in the Oval Office where you belong.

Assuming you are aware of my troubles with Charles Schwab and the US Government, I will not bother you with the details of their conspiracy against me. Should you ever have the time to read my book and website, they are available.

My first encounter with Schwab and the US government was when they tried to frame me for attempting to kill Schwab. The whole story in included in my book. My book is full of stories about how the FBI is attempting entrap me in elaborate sting operations or fraud like the the following..

A couple years ago the FBI played a hoax on my OCCU bank employees by posing as real FBI agents and gaining access to my bank accounts and transferring transfer money to other accounts. I reported this incident to the bank managers, but nothing came it.

Two years ago I became very ill on New Year Day. I was so ill I reported to ER. After a few social workers talked with me and told me they thought I seemed to me okay, they led me to a car waiting outside and asked me to get in. As soon as I heard the doors lock I knew I made a bad mistake.

The driver drove off in the night, but would not tell me where she was taking me. Her only comment as we drove what seemed like a one hundred miles in the night was that she was taken me where I could get some help.

In the night I finally saw the sign that said OHSU. Great! Maybe they were not going to kill me after all.

As I went though the process incarcerated, I knew I wouldn’t be freed for five days, so it would be a waste of energy fight it.

At most there were around twenty people in lockup. A young woman became friends rather quickly. She was talkative and wanted to talk about her friends she said knew all about me. Having just been locked up, I was naturals curious about her friends. If indeed she had friends, what was there connection with me? I would give it some time.

Days past and I was beginning a crush to Heidi. After, at this point in live she might be my only only. I tried to keep myself busy with games and puzzles.

As it became closer to out time to released, Heidi was keeping eyes on me. I had developed a crush on her, I knew I must take off soon as possible. My feelings were mixed as I passed through the gate to leave. I actually felt a little sorry for Mr. Schwab while talking to his wife about the grand failure.

Almost two years ago, my FBI agent neighbor who loves to harass me filed a false charge against me with Oregons’ DMV. When I received the report I wrote I wrote Oregon’s Governor, Tina Kopeck, to dispute the false charges and explain , because of how it was written, it was an obvious Hoax.

I did not receive a response from the governor for six months. Too bad I made the mistake tossing the it in recycle bin.

I believe it was almost a year after my letter to the governor that I one day received a package from Oregon’s DMV. And what a surprise! I received a letter from the governor advising me I was at risk of losing my drivers’s license unless I had a doctor submits a Medical Report stating my doctor did not think I was a risk to other drivers.

In the past five or more years I had in the hospital for major major surgeries plus strokes caused by blocked carotid arteries that required bypass surgeries stents. For my spine alone, my last spine surgeon told me I had undergone nineteen surgeries, which included three botched surgeries. During all these years it hospitals, not one doctor ever told me I should not be driving. None of my regular doctors ever told me I should not be driving, so I need not worry about it.

However, there was a major factor I was forgetting. Charles Schwab and the FBI were desperate to silence mm, and had tried numerous put me in prison or kill me. The Schwab and the DME had been attempting to get me off the street for twenty years. This includes Schwab’s kidnapping me from Peace Health hospital and transporting me to OHSU hospital and its lock up facility.

During my five day stay, the stay it was probably Schwab’s Secret Service agents that hired a female pastie to entice me to join her so her “friends” so cloud help escape Schwab. Indeed, I was able to escape Schwab’s secret service agents, and they turn up the heat.

President Trump, I have spent the some of the best years of my life defending myself from Charles Schwab. More recently, the Schwab recruited Oregon’s, Tuna Koteck, to him in was against me.

Right now Oregon’s governor has FBI and Schwab in their effort to further ruin my life by taking away my driver’s license.

President Trump, please remove the Charles Schwab & FBI from my life.

Oregon DMV Officers: A den of liars without shame

I called the governor’s DMV hotline to follow-up on my on discussion with the previous agent. I specifically wanted get the names of the doctors who they said had submitted Medical Reports mentioned by the previous agent I talked with.

The new agent put me on hold for a long hold for what seemed a time. When she finally returned, the Governor’s DMV Team was ready. The new agent told me she did not know the doctor’s names–because when the Medical Report is not filled out properly’ they reject the report and get rid of it. She told me my only recourse would be to get “my doctors” to fill out the Medical Report again, and make sure it is signed by the doctor and me. My boat was sunk.

Can you imagine?
They had some doctor’s names names who filled out my medical report, but because the doctor forgot to sign his report, DMV Officers chose to get rid of them. Then the second officer tells me, of I want I want the reports, I will I will have to find out who the doctor’s names and have them sign the forms and have forms signed again.

This would be tough when I had no idea who these doctors. Actually, there were no doctors willing to sin more Medical Reports, and this was just more lies from the Governor’s liar’s team. Based on how this team was supposed created, I am certain there were no doctors ready to sign forms, and this was just noise to placate.

And people want to know why Elon Musk wants to escape this nonsense and more to Mars?

No! The system is rigged against nice people so rats like DMN officers can play games with their lives. I know these people like the smelly Ken Willis who would steal his seal his granny’s false teeth if he could kiss his queen, Oregon’s corrupt governors.

I don’t think Governor Koteck has any idea how rotten her DNM officers really are.

I asked the agent about new charges that appeared in the latest Medical Report. I was certain that my Primary Doctor was tampering with my Medical Report without my permission or signature. When I questioned current agent about this, and told her I knew Dr. Braff was tampering with my medical records, she said this was their right and their right she could do about it. But I disagreed with what Dr. Braff reported, I could refused to retake any tests.

She insisted that doctor Braff could modify my Medical Report and my only recourse was to take the test again. So, basically any doctor or someone working in he’s office can tamper with my medical record–without my knowledge or permission.

It is obvious that Charles created this hoax in their last ditch error to put me in prison, while keeping Charles Schwab out or prison.

Please take a look at all the attempts Schwab & US government have made in efforts to save Schwa. Their greatest attempt is when they kidnapped me from Peace Health Hospital so they could have me killed. Many of their attempts are discussed in this blog.

Greetings,

I recently called your office to learn the status of my case. I expressed my total disagreement with your charges against me.

As I wrote to our Governor Tina Kotek a couple years ago, the first complaint to DMV was a hoax by my neighbor that was easily disproved.

The second charge is false, and was taken from a fake Medical Report from Dr. Tracy Braff. Dr. Braff’s nurses called me and tell me Dr. Braff wanted me to retake the driver’s test. I looked up the test on the Internet and assure you I have never taken such a test. Dr. Braff lied because she was so eager to stop me from driving. I assure you I have never never taken a driving any type of driving test in my life, so all I can conclude is Dr. Braff learned about the test on her own.

As I have discussed with Oregon’s Governor in my letters, my DMV problems are all creation by Charles Schwab secret agents.

Very important. The last agent I talked with at you office observed how upset I was becoming about the false charges included in your latest report. He let me know that everything would be okay because you had received additional medical reports from doctors. The only problem was the had’t been signed my me. He assured everything would be okay as soon as everything was okay as soon as they were signed.

I did not know how fix the reports because I never received them.

Dealing with the DMV’s false charges against me has been stressful. Once more I am appealing to Governor Tina Kopeck to trop these false charges against me.

It has taken me several months to realize I have been trying to defense myself against false charges. In fine print my DMV charges state I was charged failing the SUMS test.

I looked this up and it states this is of the spoked communication between the driver and the DMN test administrator. Does the driver understand direction given by the person giving the test.

In the case of having strokes I can see where might be confused. But the last time I took a driver’s test was long a when I was kid.

The first doctor I talked to about the DMN’s Medical Report was very intent on finding trouble. So we we shall see

DMV Liars: Letter to Oregon’s Governor Tina Koteck

I called DMV today and happened to talk with the same officer I that provided the same lies I explain here. Please recall, the second officer I talked with at DMV said they had no record of our conversation. She said I would have to figure out who the doctors were, and get them to sign the Medical Report again. I was responsible, because DMV didn’t keep such records.

Governor Koteck, are you listening? The state does keep records of doctors they meet with? They can’t tell me who me who the doctors were who submitted medical reapers supporting me? I would have to go back and figure out who these were on my own, and have them fill out the forms again?

This is obviously a Charle Schwab Secret Agent operation similar to my Kidnapping from the hospital. In my case, Charles Schwab agents are in charge of the DMV, and our governor is working for his Secret Service company. All the while I hame hobbling around trying to lear to walk again.

By the way, Just yesterday I returned home from another stay at the hospital. This provides DMV and Schwab agents to male up more lies about why they refuse to allow em to drive.

This really gets better! Remember, the second officers I talked with told me they did not have records of my original discussion re the first officer who main all the false claims. No doctors had submitted medical reports. They just disappeared.

Meanwhile my rights to drive are taken from me.

This was too much, so yesterday I called DMV again and happened to get the original officer that made up the story on the phone. I reminded him he that told me he was going to get the doctor’s to sign the Medical Report and we would be done with it.

Get this! He lied and told me I was supposed to get the doctor’s to sign the Medical Reports, but I did’t do this. I told him the was a liar because I didn’t even know the doctor’s names. And DMV told me they didn’t keep records.

Today’s office realized he was caught up in a bunch of lies, and abruptly changed then subject.

He said, you need to get those Medical Reports signed. I reminded him he had never sent me any Medical Reports, but told me he was going to do.

He insisted: I had get those Medical Reports sighed. The report that DMV insisted they didn’t have?

Governor Loteck does not respond to author’s comment about false charges based on Postal Evidence. This error was pointed out to the Governor by the author in his first letter to her a year ago. She didn’t respond his letter, but almost a year later she takes away his driver’s license.

DMV is a tricky business. A couple months ago one officers told me all report from doctors received and officer was getting signatures. A week later I was told I was told there were no doctor signatures and I would have to get them myself. When I asked what happened to doctor reports they had jus told me about, they denied telling me this, and they had report.

There was a very long delay in responding to the author, and is it is assumed ed Schwab’s caught the error and chose to ignore it. Why else would the Governor wait almost year to bring false charges against the author? Is it even legal for DMN to issue a traffic citation a year after incident occurred? I think not and this affair has been just attempted by Charles Schwab to destroy they the author’s life.

We think it is time for Governor Koteck drop charges against the author and allow him live in peace.

Charles Schwab Collusion with DMV

The DMV’s original action against me occurred almost a year after I wrote Oregon’s Governor Tina Kotek and complained about harassment by Charles Schwa. When she finally responded, she did not bother to address my false complaints my neighbor made against me.

In December 2023 I received a package from DMV stating the charges against me and would I needed to do regain these privileges.

At first this seemed easy task because I had discussed my troubles with goverment and Charle Schwab. I wrote about this war and published punished my book, “The stock broker’s lady”, which I distributed to all my doctors.

Oregon’s Governor Colludes with Charles Schwab & Doctors

At the time Kim and I met, she was engaged to Charles Schwab of brokeraged fame. Schwab was working for President Bush as his economics advisor, preparing to become Bush’s Treasury secretary. Kim’s breakup with Schwab came at a bad for time for Schwab and Bush, and publication of my book was especially troubling. Bush and Schwab had to keep the story quiet.

The US Government and Schwab needed a plan whereby I will would be eliminated from the picture. The FBI had several options, including stories about sting operations in my book.

The first FBI Agent assigned to manage my case was John Ferreira, and he wasted no time becoming totally involved in my life. I was soon meeting with FBI undercover women, eager to set me up in sting operations.

At the time, I was busy writing my book how Charles Schwab and the US Government who were busy trying to eliminate me from the picture.

After I publishing my book, provided copies to all my doctors. I did this because some my doctors were telling me they being coerced by FBI agent John Ferreira. As noted , when I went to Dr. Gallo’s office to deliver the DMV’s Medical Report form, I observed a copy of my book was laying on her desk. I could only imagine an FBI agent had paid Dr. Gallo, and was the reason she evicted me from her practice. This probably occurred on the last few months while the FBI was setting me up for their DMV hoax.

It’s easy to understand, when two FBI agent show up at a doctor’s office and tell her they are investigating one of her, her first reaction is to suspect her patient os in trouble.

Yes, the FBI. The criminals that rule the US Government. How else can I explain all the crimes the FBI has committed against–with full impunity?

DMV Collusion with doctors

The purpose the FBI’s involvement in my care was to convince my doctors my stories we all fantasies for which I need medical help. Dr. Nancy Maloney was the first doctor to sit me down talk about my book, telling me my book was based fantasy and I needed mental help. Like most doctors, she was highly influenced by the FBI.

Some doctors are very interested in my book and are quick to interfere with DMV. DMV procedures say I can choose which doctor I want to fill out my medicaical report. However, Dr. Gallo’s office manager insisted only my primary doctor could fill out my Medical Record. She kept repeating her order and treating rudely in front of others.

This caused Dr. Gallo to terminate her care at a critical time, right after two surgeries spinal surgeries.

How did the DMV became involved in this mess?

Agent Ken Willis is a Harassment Specialist

Out of five attempts to get a doctors fill out fill my Medical Report, I failed twice only because the office managers insisted only primary my doctors could fill out and my DMV Medical Report. I was having no luck, so left Dr. Gallo’s office and went home.

When I got home, Dr. Gallo’s office manager started calling with other suggestions. One was Neurosurgeon I wasn’t even patient in Dr. Gallo’s office manager didn’t know what she was doing. When my phone rang for the third time, I could not take any more of her abuse and I lost it. I said something nasty and hung up on her.

In stead of Dr. Gallo asking about what was going on, some at her office wrote to me I was no longer their their patient. To follow up with my surgeon, I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Gallo’s office. However, despite the fact, Dr Gallo said I could follow up with problems. We were currently working on, her office did not call back regarding an appointment.

Despite the fact that Dr. Burkert had developed a good relationship, and he had just performed two surgeries on my spine, his boss, Dr. Gallo, has banned me from even talking to him. and of course, Dr. Burkert, with whom I was getting along perfectly, Dr Gallo has even banned talking to me about from my ongoing issues.

As above, the FBI has been colluding with my doctors for twenty years. In my book, I have included many stories about FBI sting operations in which the FBI has attempted to entrap me and lock me up and protect charles Schwab from our system of justice.

Only after I wrote to Oregon’s governor Tina Koteck and reported FBI’s Agent’s Ken Willis’s DMV harassment did she respond to request for help. I assume the DMV this delay is because her DMV team knew the was a hoax. Then the the FBI agents showed the badges, as the when thile gaining access to my bank account?

Where has Governor Koeck the FBI was committing all these crimes against me.

Though doctors have seemingly supported, try to imagine one of my doctors response when to FBI arrive at their office and tell them they are investigating one of their patients. What? This guy gave me his book. Yes, how else can the doctor respond? The doctor tells the agents yes, they were suspicious about all this patient’s fantasies.

Charles Schwab agents Moves In

Fifteen years ago “Ken and Ericka Willis moved into my neighborhood. Having developed a nose for people spying on me, because of our mutual interest in guns, it didn’t take me long to realize the Willis’s were up to no good. Though I suspected I was under surveillance, I had no way of knowing if they working for Charles Schwab or the US Government. Probably both.

As it turned out, Ken Willis has been has harassing me and and attempting to entrap me for many years. So, the question remains? Does Willis fork for Charle Schwab or the US Government? Probably both.

Ken Willis likes waste our time playing silly games. He finds great fun hiding in our neighborhood waiting for me to drive by so track me with his GPS device. Then he loves to show his skill by following my up my street and past my home. I am not sure of his purpose, but he’s been doing this for many years.

DMV Hoax

Ken’s latest hoax was to falsely report me to me to DMV for “… drunk riving at “… exactly one minute past midnight”. Because this was false and stupid, I reported Willi’s behavior to Oregon’s Governor, Tina Koteck. When she did not respond to my letter for many months, I assumed she agreed it was a HOAX tossed it. Mistake!

Many months later I received a letter from our governor advising me she was referring case my issue with my neighbor to her DMV team that would advisor on the matter. This was a bad mistake, for my current doctor misunderstood her role and assumed the governor wanted her evaluate my health records for past years. Indeed, my in doctor fretted because she would not be allowed sufficient time for all the for all the testing she was planning.

Though the governor’s letter and instructions were perfectly clear. After wasting a few weeks with my doctor, I called the DMV advisor and she suggested I get a choose a different doctor. I didn’t know I could do that.

Now we had wasted another couple weeks. This was all great from advisor’s point from of view, his point next his view of view, but I was about to lose to lose my driver’s license and there was nothing could do aboul but be.

Dearing my next appointment with my cardiologist I asked if she had a had a chance look at my Medical Medical form. She said she had already sent it to DMV. Great!

Wait a minute!

Two days later I received a letter from DMV letting me know my doctor had not signed my Medical Record, plus a few other mistakes.

I believe this would go beyond any rules that limit responsibility, even if I were guilty. The DMV rules received from the Governor’s office limit the doctor’s responsibility to six months.

FBI Stalking: New Day Bakery

New Day Bakery FBI encounter

One of my favorite places for breakfast in Eugene, Oregon is New Day Bakery. I like the place because the produce & bread are alway fresh. And they aways use real butter. Very important on this side of two town, the prices are very reasonable.

I was sitting at a table as usual when I noticed two seedy characters come inside. At first I thought they were dressed in Halloween costumes. But these guys were much to old and serious.

As I watched them looking for a table, and especially when he had is eye at mine, I knew they were FBI agents. Or Patsies they hire to work for them. There were plenty of booths and empty tables available, so why was one is such a hurry to over and asking if could join me a my table?

One of these strange men asked if he could join me and without waiting for my response sat down next to me. The other man sat at nearby at a table facing us. By the thine these two characters were seated and watching me finish eating my breakfast. The man seated next to me was eager to get to know me. He commented about my being in shorts in this cold weather. I went along and told him I was a mountain man from California. He commented about my Pendleton shirt which I ignored.

I wasn’t hiding the fact I knew these guys were FBI agents, or patsies he I wanted nothing to do with them. I was doing be best to ignore them while reaching for walking my stick. I was stanning when the first guy said, it sure was nice of you to let us sit with you.

I turned looked at him closely for the for the first time. I said, no problem. We always have room for FBI agents.

This caught him by surprise and he didn’t know what to say. He blew it when he said, You aren’t a very good judge of character.

<Kensoe Hospital ER Kidnaping

On New Years Eve 2o23, Schwab FBI agents kidnapped me from
from Peace Health and McKenzie-Willamette hospitals in Eugene, Oregon. I was put in a locked car against my will and transported many miles to OHSU’s where I was locked in their Mental Ward for five days. I was not consulted by a doctor and nor was I told where I was being taken. I was in total panic and knew I was going to be killed.

When I saw the sigh, OHSU was relieved.

I was kept in their there mental ward, while being I harassed by

Charles Schwab’s under undercover agent who assured me she and her friends knew all about the troubles and wanted help me escape. She told me to just stick with her when we were released and she would introduce me to her friends. These friends belonged to some group she talked, but I don’t recall right now.

I knew this woman was an undercover agent working with the FBI, nut I played along with her. Soon as I was released I called a taxi paid my. $300.

I published this story on this site, but of course the FBI has never offered to discuss the incident.

McKenzie Willamette Hospital in Springfield, Oregon

In June of this year I underwent lumbar surgery at McKenzie-Willamette hospital. My doctor’s plan was to keep me as long as necessary. However, every morning would stop by and ask how I was doing and asked if I wanted to stay another night. I would say, yes.

However, as soon as he left, my nurse would come tell me me I was going home. I would tell her I just talked with my doctor and he said I was staying another day. The nurse would tell me he just signed the order saying I was discharged. Of course I knew this was not true, but I didn’t know what was going on.

I was bad shape and not able to fight with the Charge Nurse, so one day asked my neighbor to pick me up. He said he would be there.

The charge nurse came to tell me she had a Taxi waiting for me. I objected and told her I someone coming for me and didn’t need a Taxi. She asked me for my cell phone so she could call my neighbor to make sure he was going tie pick me up. When she came back she handed me my phone and told me my neighbor said he was busy and could not pick me up. The charge nurse said she told him this was okay because she had a taxi waiting for me. Keep in mind, this was all against my doctor’s and my doctor and my wishes..

After my ride home in yet another taxi, I asked my neighbor what happened to him? Why didn’t he pick me up? He told me the charge nurse called him and said I didn’t need a ride because she had called me a taxi. His response was predictable. Bull shit!

McKenzie Willamette Hospital in Springfield, Oregon

On August 8, 2023 McKenzie-Willamette I was at follow up C-spine surgery.

The visit started out to be much better than the previous, but soon became bizarre. The nursing staff was my more friendly. But trouble was in the works.

As he normally does, on maybe third day my doctor stopped in and asked how I was doing. He explained his the surgery was more complicated than expected, which reft lots of bruising & swallowing problems. He asked how I was feeling and if I felt okay about going home. He told me he did not want to rush me, but asked if I wanted to go home. When I hesitated, he said throat looked raw so I opted to stay. We talked about our concern about the pain in my throat and difficulty breathing and swallowing, and the lack of sleep due to these problems. I told him I would prefer staying where he and the nurses to care for me.

He agreed I should stay and told me about all the surgeries he had lined up for the day.

An hour later my nurse came to tell me I was going home. What? This was the same thing that happened last time I was here. My doctor would come and talked to me and say I was keeping me another day. Then my nurse would come to tell my doctor had signed the discharge papers and I was leaving. I was very upset with my doctor quick mind changes. But here I was being evicted again.

Later the charge nurse came by to see me and told me again that I had been discharged. I protested and told her again again that my doctor had talked to me that morning and said I was staying over. She just said she was following orders and he gad signed and I was discharge me. Without consideration of my protest, she insisted I was leaving. I was out of options and started packing.

He made up some stories about hospitals were not rest homes or rehab centers, so patients couldn’t stay as long as they wanted. He obviously didn’t believe me when I told him my doctor had just told me he was keeping me another day.

After the taxi dropped me off at home, I called my surgeon’s office. His assistant answered and said,”Hi, Wayne. Are you still at the hospital?”

She said, “The doctor was scheduled for three or four surgeries, but he was was interrupted and called out when the hospital called and told him you wanted to go home. He had to take a break from surgery so he could fill outer discharge papers.”

I told her that was just a lie and I was sorry my doctor had to be involved.

I reminded her I had given copies of my books to all of my doctors because the FBI (Agent John Ferreira) had ready involved some of them the FBI’s the war against my.
